ID please

Bought this one from someone who was tearing down his tank, and he wasn't too sure as to what kind of mushroom it actually is. It has one "mouth" but it's all sort of bunched up and really coarse looking. Also this picture is actually kind of bright. It's more of a neon colored green.

Any help with an ID would be great, thanks.
