55 Gal

no sump YET

2-15 gal cascade waiting to be sump

By Mid to late Jan I will be adding 40 gal frag.

summer I will be adding a 120 Gal to the system and maybe a Zoe tank just not shore of what size that will be.

My budget says I only have $200 for a skimmer and she is usually write.

MRC MR1. For the money, it's tough to beat the MRC line up. Great skimmers. Just my .02

I was looking at the coralife 220 skimmer myself for my new 150g. The price is good and it looks the same as some of the really expensive skimmers.

ASM. Basically a cheaper version of the EuroReef.

People love Lifereef skimmers and they stand as a high end long term investment. I have learned the hard way that it is best to buy better stuff the first time then ok stuff that you will later replace with better stuff.

I am prejudice on the lifereef as I have one for sale on ebay and one for sale here on RC. They go for over $400 new and I am selling one on RC for $205.00 + shipping. If you search lifereef you will what people have to say about the product or go to www.lifereef.com

Super Skimmer. For the money you can't beat it. I've got the 220 on my 120 tank - love it.

the CSS is a good skimmer, just not great. there are a ton of upgrades for them to make them a better skimmer as well. I have a CSS125 on my 75 but I'm thinking about upgrading to an out of sump skimmer.

my .02 stay away from the coralife, really hard to dial in at first, lots of bubbles out of dischard which ends up in your display, and not much skim as others.

For my money I would go with Tunze, ASM or D&D marine. I know drfosters has the D&D marine terminator for $68 on sale now and it is a pretty darn good skimmer (excellent bargain for that price!).

Except they pull half the air, and really aren't any cheaper anymore.
