best lighting setup for this frag tank size?

hey guys, i'm getting a custom frag tank (24x18x16) and wanted lighting opinions. i'm going to be doing all kinds of frags, sps, lps, zoanthids, and softies, on 2 tiers.

what would be the ideal lighting setup? i can't do a pendant. i was looking at possibly a t5 fixture.

this is my first real shot at propagation, so any advice from you guys would be excellent.

oy, i'd have to build a canopy for that, wouldn't i? :)

yep but leave it open

just build a top with legs, leave the sides open to let heat escape

would any t5 setup be suitable? i'm really trying to avoid heating the room up any more than it is already with the main tank.
