I recieved a retrofit kit ordered by my wife. I set it up and everything looked good. I turned it off to set the timer and now it does not re-ignite at all. Its a bit frustrating as not only have I been waiting a month for this, but I still cant believe how the entire system could go bad. Or how two ballasts brand new out of the box could go bad. Please let me know what I need to do.

Hi All,
I would like to point that it did not take over a month for us to deliver Mylton's unit. His wife placed the order the morning of December 15th and it shipped the same day.

Sorry Greg I didnt specify....You are right...it was shipped the same day and she said you guys are great.....customer service was A++++++......
I called Hamilton and they sent me a replacement ballasts which I got today....I will keep you informed and definately order from you again....

Thanks Greg, if its not the ballasts it has to either be the bulbs or the actual unit. I dont think its either. So I am hopefull. If its not the ballasts I will call you guys first....definately...Once again the service you have provided has been great, considering she got the exact setup I wanted, she said you call her to verify the upgraded items....thanks again Greg...
