Hi I have a brain I recently got from a guy getting rid of everything in his tank and half of it is dead. I put it on the bottom of my tank to see if I could bring it back to life. Any suggestions??

I would suggest a decent amount of flow. Don't blast it, but keep enough flow to carry away anything that may otherwise settle. Also what kind of brain and what kind of lighting do you have? You said its sitting on the bottom of your tank, you may want to move it up higher. Good luck!

I'm not sure what brain it but my tank is a 72 bowfront with 260 watts power compact. I moved the brain from the top to the bottom to see if that would help but it got worse so this morning I moved it back up top. I have about 18 times turn over in my tank.

with that much light I would say about halfway to the top, maybe all the way up eventually, but for now find a place to put it and dont move it again for a while, let it settle out
