How much water pressure is too much? Or is approx. 75 psi ok? Thanks guys.

75 is perfect. Anything from 50 to 90 is right in line. Higher pressures produce water faster so 75 is a good thing.

What I dont understand is how to make sure you pump water into the RODI system at the proper temprature.

I always figured you tap into the cold water line.

Yes you tap into the cold water line. Some try to temper the hot and cold together and use a faucet adapter but its about impossible to adjust temperature at such low flows, 10 to 12 gallons per hour or less in most cases. Thats one reson everyone recommends getting the Dow Filmtec 75 GPD RO membrane, since it is designed to operate at 50 psi even if you have colder water than 77 degrees it will not have as great an effect on output as a device that requires 65 psi and 77 degrees.
