I just got my first zoo frag and i'm wondering what is the best food to supplement them with. At the LFS they told me to use Zooplex, but i heard that cyclopeese is the way to go for the best growth. Since this seems to be a gathering of experts, i figured i would get your opinions. (Also, please specify if the food is powdered, frozen, or flaked.) Let me know, i need the help! :-)

Zoanthids dont need to be fed and not all zoas will accept food. Although my zoas and palys that do take food get a varied diet depending on what i feed my fish. I usually target feed them frozen brine, mysis and cyclopeze. Sometimes they eat flake if it happens to land on them.

Coral Frenzy is the only thing I feed my system. I haven't seen the response from my corals this way with anything else I have ever tried.
