Been thinking about setting up a cut-down 75G Tank. Basically it'd be these dimensions:
48.5L x 18.5D x 16-18L
Three Options:
1 - Overflow on one side from front to back and have the flow go one direction lengthwise(use two MJ1200s to blow deitrius to overflow)
2 - Overflow in the middle against the back and use a Tunze Wavebox and possibly 4 MJ1200s on a Wavemaster Pro(most likely would get 2 MJ1200s to blow deitrius to overflows only).
3 - Overflow box in the middle against the back and use two Tunze 6100 Streams and a controller
Tank will be BB, planning to overskim, run carbon, and use a fuge.
Is there such a thing as too much random flow? I'm afraid some of the frags won't like the tremendous flow the Tunze stuff will put out in such a small space. Can SPS be placed in front of powerheads just fine?
