I know it's not local, but Max would really like to unload as much as he can before moving the store to San Jose. There's probably some really good deals to be had on some big stuff.

I haven't been to Mermaid in a while - but they are definitely one of the best shop in Northern California. Max is also a great guy, and when he's motivated to move stuff, he'll make deals. He's not only a business owner - he also support the hobbyist. I can't tell you how generous he was at the WMC. Truly a top notch guy running a great business!

If your looking to start a fishroom, Max has a BUNCH of used tanks for sale (all his displays). He really doesn't want to move much, so he's motivated. Almost everything is for sale.
