With dwarf angels and corals, does the order of introduction into the tank have any potential impact on potential nibbling? When I get the angels, is it better to already have corals in the tank, or does this even matter?

won't matter. it will still be a 50 50 chance

Defintely won't matter... they will eventually find the corals because they're constantly "grazing" and it's basically a crap shoot.

although it's still going to be a chance, you can keep the angel in QT until he's readily eating anything you feed him, keep him well fed and fattened up. Hopefully he won't be interested in the corals when he gets moved. I had a coral beuaty for a long time that never once so much as "nibbled" anything he wasn't supposed to, would eat any pellet or flake food I put in the tank, and went nuts over cyclopeeze or frozen mysis.
