t-5's will be fine for almost all soft corals, including zoa's.
start them low in the tank and give them time to adjust to the light. you can move them higher if the are not coloring up, but do it a little at a time and give a week or two to see if they like the higher light.
good luck......al

i keep all my zoas on the bottom of my 55 and i run 4x54 w tek fixture and my tank is 20 inches deep(no sandbed) so 20 means 20

This is offtopic, but I am gonna give my advice anyways---paint the back of your tank black----will make it look more appealing and your corals will stand out more when you get them.

they should be fine but rememebr... your t5s arent high output, they are normal output t5s. They should be fine since u will still have 72 watts over your tank. However to have your corals really thrive, i'd go with 4 x39 watt t5s over your tank. But to simply answer your question, you should be fine with just about any kind of soft coral and maybe a large polyp stony up higher in the tank.
