I turned the second chamber (from the left) into a mini fuge by using a submersible Egg Lite and a bunch of chaeto. Do you think I should add an air pump with an airstone in the compartment to get some increased water flow through the chaeto? I was told the more flow, the more nitrates the chaeto will remove. I know that bubbles in the aquarium itself are very bad....do you think the pump in the 4th chamber would end up pumping the bubbles from chamber #2 into the tank? Any info would be GREATLY appreciated.

You actually have the theory of a fuge completely backwards...it has nothing to do with higher flow, but rather longer contact time...the longer time the chaeto is in contact with the water the more nutrients it will absorb...this is why you want low flow through your fuge, so the chaeto can grab more junk outta the water...keep the airstone out of there and leave it as it is...
