I got some dry rock that is really awesome stuff. I let it soak and rinse in hot water for a while then I added a few capfulls of bleach in 5 gal buckets full or freshwater.
To get the bleach out I plan on rinsing it very very well and then letting it sit with Prime overnight.
You think it will be ok after that?
I am moving some of my LR into the sump and replacing it with Marcos rock.

The only thing I'd add is to let it completely dry out before administering Prime treatment. jmo

I've used "prime" to remove the bleach from filter media before. I just let it sit in the solution for 24 hours before re-using the media

just curious to why you would want to bleach your rock for

It was dry rock. Awesome stuff, Marcos rock but it used to be live and sometimes can have some organic waste inside.
FWIW I have had it sitting in Prime and I am surprised how quick the bleach smell went away. Stuff works pretty good.

I use bleach all the time to clean my filter socks. Just wash the rock in water. Then soak it water with aquarium tap water dechlorinator. R
