I found a 33g Oceanic cube that I will be buying. The seller claims it was never used and just sitting in his basement for a few months and it even has the stickers on it. I just want to make sure I am not buying a lemon, but I am not sure exactly what I should look for...

I will fill it up with faucet water when I am with him just to make sure it doesnt leak, but anything else? Maybe I should have him fill it a few hours before I arrive, maybe it doesnt leak right away and it needs time/pressure?

What else can I look for?

That is a good idea to him fill it with water before you get there. Check the seams for the sealant peeling away is another thing to look for. Scratches, all I can think of.
