Cyano problem?!

I have a huge problem with red slime algae. I just moved to a new house and used brand new water (lfs) and had the lights on for about 6 hours today. BANG! back already. What causes this? how can I get rid of it? It starts to grow on my live rock then it eventually will cover the sand bed. Its a 75 with 4 65w pc. Im assuming its red slime (cyano) it looks like a carpet with bubbles under it.

it could be several things. Sounds like it could be Dino/Cyano, I would start by stopping water changes, Wet skim, lower feedings, at a filter soak, raise ph to 8.3., and use a Turkey baster to remove it from the rocks. It would really help if you took pictures and talked more about you tank and water parameters.
