lighting scheme and hours

i like to see my tank light up in the morning before i go to work and at night when im home.. but i cant leave it on all day. whats ur current hrs for the light to be on? mine is 10-2 and 6-10. please share! thanx =]

A2 LT2 T5 - 54watt ROW 1 (ATI 12000k Aquablue special) & ROW 3 (UVL super actinic)
A3 LT3 T5 - 54watt ROW 2 (Giesemann Actinic Plus) & ROW 4 (UVL 12000k Actinic White 50/50)
