Is there a way to control the starting of the devices on an AC3 after a power failure?

I'm concerned that a fuse might be tripped if everything turns on at the same time.

you can use statements like:

If Power Fail Then MHL OFF
Max Change 012 M Then MHL OFF
If Power Fail Then PRP OFF
Max Change 013 M Then PRP OFF

the halides won't come on till 12 minutes after the power is restored and the other lights 13 min. and so forth so there is no strain on your equipment or house. It's also good to give it atleast 10 min. so the bulbs don't fire right after the power is resotred plus if you have a couple mini blackouts in a row they won't keep firing.

Or, if you upgrade to the 3.2 beta firmware you could use the following:

From Neptune
"- Added Parameter to Power Fail statement so that the feed cycle remains active for an extra period
of time. i.e. 'If Power 010 Then COL OFF' will shut off COL for the duration of the power failure ,
and it will remain off for 10 minutes after power is restored."
