View Full Version : Modding skimmer into calcium reactor???

I thought i saw a thread a while ago about turning an old jebo or seaclone skimmmer into a calcium or media reactor. I would love to make a phosban reactor, pics or tips would be helpful. , Dan

For as cheap as a Phosban reactor, its probably better just to buy one. Sure you could mod a Seaclone, but it may not function as well as the real deal. They are only like $35 or something.

I used a phosban reactor and turned into a calcium reactor for my friend's 5g nano and it works great, here is a picture:

awsome, what reactor did you start with, also what mods did you do, looks like you made the pump recirc. ?
