A pH digital monitor is my choice. I use a controller that has one, but many use Pinpoint.

Colormetric test kits for pH are quite inacurrate. That seems way low. What time of day did you do the test?

was at 6:30PM; I know redsea kits stink but I had it Avail. If the PH was this LOW im sure my livestock would die.

It's the alk you should be really concerned with right now. Get a Salifert testkit if you can - very accurate. Your level should be between 7-11 dkh. Keeping your alk consistant will help with pH fluxuation.

Ok I will do that, What will make ALK change?

If you haven't already, read these articles about water parameters. Many good things in there. ;)

Many factors. Most of which is your alk will tend to drop from intake from corals and also the basic nitrogen cycle. It's a constant thing to keep up with alk supplimentation. This is also discussed in detail in the articles.
