I go my 1st clam for my nano two days ago. Its a 2" crocea and is looking great. Its attached itself to a small snail shell that was burried in the sand.
I've read about people putting clams in a bowl of tank water to feed them, is this a better way than just adding DT's into the tank? I'd rather not keep taking the clam out of the tank everyday for feedings.

Great Looking Crocea :) Your nano tank should be small enough to feed the tank.

Beautiful clam!
I have a maxima in my nano, and all I do is add the DT's to the tank, 2 teaspoons every other day.

That one thats facing the camera is awesome jim. What are you clams attached to? Small rocks?

Most of my maximas attach themselves to large pieces of gravel. This way I can easy remove them for inspections and feedings.
