I recently bought a Pink Haitian tip anemone from Saltwaterfish and have been having problems with it. It doesn't seem to like my current AT ALL. What's worse, my inlets to my CL are on the floor of the tank and he keeps getting sucked into the drain screens. He will not plant himself down anymore, he just drifts around till eventually the current takes him to the drain.

The tank is 55g, I have a Mag7 sump return and a OM SS being powered by a Blueline HD 30x 1100gph. Definitely not A LOT of flow but not a low flow tank either. What would you guys suggest?? Im getting worried that this guy is not going to survive much longer. Thanks for any help.

Put between rocks at sand to gaurd against flow.
Strawberry baskets help.

YOu know the strawberry basket was one of the ideas i thought of too.
WOuld that prevent him from getting the light he needs? If you placed him in a basket where in the tank would you put him? thanks
