Filter????? Light???

Ok guys I just bought a new 37g cube and was wondering on the filter and light assembly. Now for the filter I would like something that is decently quiet but good. ( its going in my room ) I was looking at a canister but don't know. And for the light what would be a nice one to get?? Also if you can send me a good website to buy it from would be great! Thanks
