R2 Moonlights

I just bought a set of 4 inch (5 bulbs on each) When the lights went off tonite I hooked one up and it lit the tank like a 65 watt actinic, I afraid to hook up the other. Is it o.k. to have that much light in the tank allnight?

Too much light will make some fish restless. My tangs for whatever reason never sleep unless its nearly pitch black. My wrasses on the other hand don't give a hoot if the lights are on at full force, when its 10:00 pm they dig a hole and go to bed.
