View Full Version : Coral thing growing on live rock... ID PLEASE... PICS included...

Hi... these pictures didnt come out too well... it is hard to get a clear picture but i put them up anyways so you have some idea of what they look like... they are an orange/brown color on the outside and when they open up they have a dark green and purple color to them... very shiny or almost fluorecent... they look like a type of coral ... ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP!!! thanks...

Well they are unidentifiable in the pics. Back up a little. I'm guessing they are zooanthids of some type. Lot's of pics here.

A better pic is a must but if I had to guess I say some sort of zoa.
