Which is better? I honestly don't want to pay $120 for the Lifereef and if the Amiracle works just as well (is just as reliable) for about $65 then I would go for that one. Any personal experiences with either would be helpful. Thanks!!!

My Lifereef overflow works great. Always restarts, never fails. Check eBay or the selling forums on Reefcentral. You can pick them up for less than $125.00.

I just ordered a lifereef today and I can't wait to get it. I'll give a review when it comes. I've heard nothing but great reviews. It's well worth the money IMO.:)

It's well worth the money only if you HAVE the money :-).

I'm not certain of why LR's are double the price, but I have 5 Amiracles, and haven't had one fail in over 5 years using them.
