QT SPS and clams

how do you qt clams and hard corals? will they be o.k for 6-8 weeks without lights?

Why are you looking to QT them?
They will die with no light for that long, probably anymore than 5-7 days.

b/c im quarentining everything that goes into my display. Im just stocking back up after an ich outbrake that cost me a few hundred dollars in fish and 7 weeks with an empty tank.
