Large tank hood venting?

I'm planning the venting for my new 210 built in. I was thinking of venting it out the wall, roof or the eve.

Is this Fantech in-line fan motor a good option?

I have used Fantech inlines in this application for years. Two observations. Be careful how you mount them because they can transmit noise through your house structure to other areas. I just isolate them from solid surfaces using pond liner material as skirts to connect the fan to ducts. Secondly, I don't always need the airflow a specific fan delivers at certain times of the year. So, I use oversized fans and put rheostats to slow them down when not needed. I also put thermostats in line to turn the fans on when it gets too hot.
