Does Salt go Bad/Expire???

I have had some aquarium sea salt in storage for about three years. One bucket was opened and then covered and the salt is now 1 large clump, the other two buckets have never been opened and seem to still be powdery.

Can I still use this salt?

Does anybody have any first hand experience with this?

if its clumpy, dont use it.
