Can coral and shrimp get parasites like ick, or is it just fish?

They can carry it, but not get it. Only fish can.

Corals and shrimps have their own species of parasites. I don't know how much overlap there is with fish, but marine ich doesn't infect corals or shrimps, as far as I know.
