Dendro Help!

Last night one of my powerheads feel & forced the flow on to one of my dendro heads. After waking up in horror to find half of the polyp torn and drapped over like a pez dispenser. My question is what will happen next, will the polyp die & grow babies from the dead skelleton or will the polyp fuse & grow back to normal?

that happened to my hammer one time, the hammer "head" so to speak, was torn off (flesh) and was blown away in the current, baby heads began to grow in its places 5 weeks later.

Donavon... I would bet money it will be fine... I just had a Dendro die off down to some skeleton showing... now 1 month later it is again starting to extend some tentacles and feed :)
