29 gallon but i am upgrading to a 55

oops, if it's the 75gal listed in your current tanks than i'd say none. Triggers get brutal when the mature. Sorry.

A niger in that size of tank could become a terror. I had one in my 125g and he went off one day and tore up all my fish and my corals. I wouldn't suggest keeping one in a 29 or 55. They get up to 18". Maybe a picasso in a 55 for a year possibly two cuz they are only going to get around 8" full grown, but i still wouldn't recommend that.
