I ordered three Lumenarch III reflectors. I received the box very quickly but there was only two reflectors instead of three. I immediately sent an e-mail and ten minutes later i received an e-mail back with another tracking number for the third reflector. I understand they get busy time to time and mistakes are made, but i was amazed by how quickly this was resolved. I would recommend them to anyone and i will definitely order from them again.
