2 1/2 good for anything

I have a 2 1/2 gal glass rec tank at my house that I dont use for anything. Is it too small to do anything with.? I was thinking a nano filter of some kind (not a protien skimmer) and maybe throwing a shrimp or something in there

Could be used for growing live foods. Copepods etc.
