What is that a sign of?

It just started the last few days. All of my water perameters are good...

Tank is 3 weeks old.

have you added anything recently or moved anything around?

Yeah... I had a damsel in there, and in order to catch it and take it out I had to move some rocks around and kinda stir things up. Also put a powerhead in that was a little to strong for my tank, and it blew some sand around...

well that is most likely your problem give it some time and it will settle down over time
