thermoforming acrylic, howtos?

trying to thermoform a sheet of acrylic via oven.

I know the dangerous fumes, I can ventilate.

but how long would it take for a 1/4" peice of cast acrylic to form into a mold? at what temp is optimal for it?

the temp depends on what brand sheet. check out Cyro's website, Spartech's, Plexiglass G, Chemcast, ect.

depending on the form it may not mold on its own. may have to blow mold. which is not difficult.
