is anyone using retractable light fixtures over their tank? if so how did you do it?

I will have MH pendants over my new set up and want to be able to raise/retract the pendants upward when I need to do a little work in the tank and then let them down when I'm done. My idea is to have each pendant with it's own mechanism that way I and raise and lower them independantly depending on what part of the tank I need to work on.

Any suppliers, part numbers and/or pictures you might have would help.

Thanks

I use chain and three sets of caribiners. I set the caribiners at the three levels I normally raise my pendant, and when I want it up, I just lift the pendant and hang the appropriate biners on the hooks. Now I could see how this wont work if you have a high ceiling. My ceiling is only 8' and I have my tank set at 40" so I have to be on a stool to work in the tank anyway...
