Transformer problem?

Hello,
I recently added a second stream 6100 to my tank, and the two pumps are operating at noteably different rates. As far as I can tell, it's caused by one of two things.

-The older 6100 has been running for 3 years, and it is the one running at a lower flow rate. Does the flow rates of the streams naturally decrease with age?

-The transformer on the old pump is model number 7410.202A, while the new pump is running with trasformer 7410.602. Could this have something to do with it?

Whoops. One correction please. The transformer on my old stream is actually model number 7210.202A, and NOT 7410.202A, as stated in my first post.

The older pump is a 6000, the new one is a 6100. If you change the transformer on the older one you can upgrade it to 6100.
