Hi. setting up 12in cube with clearview H500 hang on back filter.
Checking for leaks at moment. Any tips on lighting for this cube?

I would use this as it is flexible, clippable to tank or something near by, and for metal halide it's not too much $:

Just my opinion. ;)
Nice fixture however it would have to be mounted on one of the sides. I would use a hanging MH unit.

I'm doing a 12x12x12 cube also, and am looking at the Aqua Medic 70 watt halide pendant. I'd like to use T5s but the shortest T5 fixtures I've seen are 24 inches long.

ah yes aquamedic oceanlight is the way to go i love mine i have two the are great dont get tooo hot and have a sheild to reflect lost light genius
