How do you frag hair mushrooms?

Hey i got a few hairy mushrooms i want to frag.Is it possible to frag theese?If so how do i frag them?

if thier not on a rock get a sharp razor blade an cut n half..but try an get part of the mouth in the cut , they will heal faster that way..

imagine slicing a pie. and like bigscott said, go straight through the mouth. place them in a low flow area to heal and WALA!
