Sunpod fan noise?

I recently purchased the 36" 2x150mh sunpod fixture from you guys and have a question? One of the fans has started to make a humming or rubbing sound that seems to come and go. I would like to know what my options might be? Do you offer replacement parts for this fixture or is this something that i have to take up with the manufacturer??
