How can I attach a float valve to a glass aquarium without drilling a hole in it? The glass tank is my sump and the float valve is being used for an auto top off.

Well... you can drill a hole in a baffle or you could make a bracket to silicone onto the side to hold the float valve

I can't drill through the baffle because the baffle is to close to the end of the tank. Its like 5 inches from the end of the tank and the float valve is like 7-8 inches long.

You can cut a small plate from acrylic, drill a hole in it and glue the plate to the top of the plastic trim on your glass tank.
Now you can plumb through the hole in the acrylic if you know what I mean.

you can wedge a piece of eggcrate in and mount it to that.
