Baby percs in 30g

Is it safe to put 5 baby prcs in a 30g tank during a qt period.They are about 1 in long and my display is a 180g. Never kept clowns before and want to make sure they will be ok Thanks

I think that would be fine.

On second thought, nothing against adding that many fish to a 30 for short term quarantining, but pairing them up. IME, having a harem of clowns can slow down the pairing up process because of more intense competition to establish the dominant female and you will likely lose all the other clowns once the pair is established anyways. At the LFS I worked for we added 5 Percula/Onyx clowns to a 120 and over the course of several years we slowly lost all the other fish because of agression and competition. It was a shameful way to lose such lovely fish.
