how much flow?????

hey i need help i have a 75g reef tank and i need help on how much flow i should i have i already have a seio 1500 i would like to but i blowing along the bottom of my tank and and a return pump pushing about a 1,000 i was wonderiing if i should get two 850gph Hydor Koralia Water Circulation Pump or two 1,200gph Hydor Koralia Water Circulation Pump powerhead

I'd get a couple of SEIO 850, and put them in opposite corners. With 1000gph return, you'll have plenty of flow.
