Thank you for having this forum!! I have a simple question that I think I know the answer aready. My water parmeters still pretty consistant. The nitrite,nitrate, and ammonia still at 0. My Ca and alk stills at 400 and 7. Is this OK? I started Kalkwasser two weeks ago and when I tested the water each week, it was the seem. This makes me think it(limewater) agrees with my tank. No major swings. What do you think?

I would keep dosing it untill you notice an imbalance in calcium or alkalinity. Then just substite whatever part is not balanced anymore with cal choride or baking soda.
