I have a large bubble coral. In the center, the bubbles have receded. The rest of the coral is health and opens fully when the lights come on.

All water parameters are in check. Is there anything I can do to reverse the receding ?

Thanks,
Joe

What are you feeding it?

I putting Micro Vert in the water twice a week. Its food for filter feeders by Kent Marine.

Try feeding it something more filling, like mysis.

Yes, feed it some mysis or brine shrimp. Mysis is more nutritious than brine of course. Even frozen Formula 1 / 2 or Prime Reef would work. I feed mine a silverside every once in awhile.

can you give me instructions for feeding them? Do you just target feed with a turkey baster at night in the center or on the tentacles that kind've stick out in between the bubbles?

I feed mine frozen krill - use long tweezers or forceps and place it right into its mouth.
