Can I mod a NC12 OG 1 24w to 3 24w bulbs

I have a NC12 OG from DrFS, the single 24w bulb and would like to upgrade to 3 24w bulbs. Also would like to re-use the original ballast and bulb set remote mounted somewhere.

Anyone done a similar mod?

I have modified my nano cube 12dx with an extra light( 3x24 watt). you will need to get another ballast to do this. Check out this link for ideas

Yah, I have been to nano tuner-they are the one that suggested I post about doing this w/ 3 24w bulbs. I don't have the DX and only one light came with the nano. I'm wanting to do this mod to the OG model.

Most likley having to rip out the original bulb/ballast comba and ad another 2x ballast a mount them remote of hood.

Anyone have some pics?

I looked into your the space available under the hood... I don't think you can squeeze 3 -24 watt cf under there. Can you swap the canapy for a new one? Good luck, sorry I wasn't much help.

Nanotunners says they will fit, they just don't have a 3 24w mod for that model. I was hoping someone had modded an OG single bulb NC12 and could post some pics or tips.

I was wanting to use the stock hood and bulb/ballast combo w/ a NT's 2.24 mod...
