What types of glue can you use to secure the corals to the LR?

Any of the gel cyanoacrylate glues are fine, and there are reef-safe epoxy sticks.

I just buy the little 3 pack of super glue gel, for like $3 at Walmart.

can you use super glue activator in addition? (it's a spray that hardens it instantly)

I use both Aquamend and Superglue Gel
