I just put this on my 90g reef with fish..opinions please

I just put the 18w on my 90g at about 200gph. Is this decent enough to depend on for awhile? I had to grab it at $90 but like they say, you get what you pay for. Is this ok?

Good water quality is probably going to be the best way to prevent outbreaks that could affect your fish, but the UV sterilizer will help.
