Well, I had a overflow and my ph and salinity interface got wet. I ordered both interfaces (thanks Will) and the ph works fine again. Unfortunately, the male plug from the salinity probe got wet and it looks like there is some build up on the metal connectors which would explain the strange readings. It worked great before so I would hate to spend another $140 bucks when I know I can just cut and splice on a new connector. Anyone know where to find one of those male plugs? I think I may have one of the older salinity probes because there is exposed wire where it connects to the plug. Aren't most new connections covered with shrinkwrap? Either way I still need just the male plug so any help would be appreciated.

You most likely can get it at www.digikey.com
they have a nice PDF catalog.
If you cant locate the connector you might want to just try and remove the Pins from the orginal connector and solder in new pins. I am sure that the Pins from an old PC power supply would work.

Hi saurus,

you need to change only the metallic "pins", if you go to an electronic components shop, and you show the plug they will give some of this "pins" to you.
