I have a lionfish which accepts both live and frozen food.I wonder if I could use an automatic feeder to feed it while I am on holiday!I would treat pieces of frozen shrimp or fish with salt or sugar,in order to dry the pieces and to increase their lifespan.I am not sure though how many days out of refrigeration these pieces could last.Anyone tried it before?
